Qingdao Hengjia Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. is a branch of Heng Steel Group . Heng Steel Group Established in 2005, is a large steel enterprise in the North of China . Heng Steel Group is mainly produced and sale of Galvanized steel coil ,Galvalume Coil ,Roofing Sheets ,Aluminium Coil/Plate ,Steel Plate and Stainless Steel Products . In order to further develop to meet the needs of domestic and foreign customers, Heng Steel Group has established a Hengjia steel pipe company, mainly production of steel pipes.
Hengjia have a modern factory covering an area of 400,000 square meters, with over 800 employees and a fixed asset of 180 million USD, annual output capacity is up to 800,000 Tons. We can quickly fulfill all of our domestic and international customers’ orders, try our best to meet customers’ requirements.
Hengjia Steel Pipe mainly produced Carbon/Stainless Seamless Steel Pipe,Welded Pipe,Galvanized Pipe,LSAW Pipe ,Square and Rectangular Pipe .
Hengjia use advanced imported production equipment such as German once-through rolling machines, British CT METORI digital controllers, a φ219-φ426 ERW steel pipe production line, a φ426-φ660 ERW steel pipe production line, two φ245-φ820 thermal expansion pipe production lines, and a newly added φ114.3-φ219 ERW pipe welding line which is worth 100million USD. We have our own high-tech physics and chemistry labs where we can conduct our own tests such as physical properties and chemical composition test, and as well, UT, hydraulic test, X-ray and other test equipment is available, which can meet all related standards and inspection requirements.
In 2015, we build a new advanced JCOE production line for LSAW pipe and Hollow Sections. LSAW steel pipe size range from 16” to 56” (406.4mm-1422.4mm), wall thickness: 6mm-50mm. Hollow Sections including Square Steel Tube and Rectangular Steel Tube, size from 400mm*400mm to 1100mm*1100mm, wall thickness: 6mm-50mm.
